This is one of Sonia's most beloved workshops of the year— a sacred space where intention meets inspiration.

In this nurturing Vision Boarding Workshop, Sonia will join her friend and artist, Anna Curnes, to gently guide you through thoughtfully designed exercises that honor both the science of intention-setting and the art of dreaming.

Together, we'll explore how visualization activates neural pathways in your brain, while also tapping into the deeper wisdom of your intuition to create a roadmap for your most aligned year yet.

During this workshop, you will:

• Pause to honor where you've been— reflecting on the lessons and blessings of the past year— while planting seeds for what will blossom in 2026.
• Craft a vision board that serves as both a creative expression and a powerful tool, weaving together your aspirations with the values that ground you.
• Learn practical techniques rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology to help you stay connected to your vision throughout the year.
• Connect with a community of kindred spirits, all committed to growing and evolving together.
