7:00–8:00 AM: Private Spin Class @ CycleBar Providence

• Arrival: Please arrive by 6:35 AM (class starts promptly at 7:00).
• Location: CycleBar Providence, Providence Place Mall (park in the North Garage).
• • Walk toward Panera & PF Chang’s, exit through the double doors, take a right, and the studio is just past Old Navy near the red bike racks.
• Before Class:
• • Create an account at members.cyclebar.com and sign the waiver.
  • Reserve your bike number.
  • Update your profile.

After your ride, refuel and keep the momentum going as we shift gears into our Vision Board Session back at 65 Jefferson Blvd where breakfast will be served.
