Hannah woth Alignment Principles Yoga will guide you through gentle poses and calming breathing exercises to help you unwind and de-stress. No need to commute - just roll out your mat at home and enjoy the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own space. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come join us for some virtual relaxation!

Props yo have for class: Yoga Mat, Blockes or a long foam roller, a blacket and a pillow!
