We do not offer refunds. Please read through the entire class description before making your purchase and reach out to us at class@theblackupstart.com with questions. In rare instances, we will offer an opportunity to transfer your ticket to another class. However, this must be approved.
We send the link to class at least 24 - 48 hours before class to all registered, verified attendees.
Yes, you do need to purchase AI software in order to participate in class. Please budget $20 - $30 in addition to the cost of your tuition. We will send a list of the necessary software from the following email address within 48 hours of class: class@theblackupstart.com
Due to the changing nature of AI, and the rate at which our curriculum is updated in order to include new changes and shifts from the software that we use, the replay will only be available for 45 days after class. In rare instances, we will make the replay available for 60 days.

Yes, this course is hosted live with real time engagement. A video replay of the class is available for purchase with the "Classmate" Enrollment and complimentary with the "Dean's List" and "Valedictorian" Enrollments.
This class is best for people who have intermediate technical skills. This means you type at least 30 wpm, are able to copy and paste and also to navigate between multiple computer windows to complete a project.
