Join us from the comfort of your home for a deeply nourishing online restorative yoga class. This practice is designed to support your body in rest, healing, and emotional reset through gentle movement and long-held supported poses.

You don’t need fancy yoga gear to experience the benefits. Here’s how you can set up your space and what to bring—even if you don’t have traditional props:

🧘‍♀️ Set the Mood

Find a quiet, cozy space where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle, play soft music, or diffuse essential oils to help create a calming atmosphere.

Yoga Mat – Optional but helpful. A blanket or carpeted area works if you don’t have one.

Bolster Alternative – Use a firm bed pillow, a couch cushion, or a rolled-up blanket or towel. You can even layer two pillows inside a pillowcase for extra support.

Yoga Blocks Alternative – Try thick books, a small sturdy box, or a folded blanket for support under your hands or hips.

Blankets – Keep at least 1–2 blankets nearby for warmth and added support under your knees, spine, or head.

Cozy Clothes – Wear layers, warm socks, and bring a shawl or sweater. The body cools during deep rest.

Eye Covering – An eye pillow, scarf, or small towel placed gently over your eyes helps you relax deeper.

a Water Bottle or Herbal Tea – Stay hydrated before and after class.

Absolutely, this is a low-intensity flow yoga with the heat built in certain poses, but it's beginner-friendly!
