• We will go over what Reiki is
• How it feels
• What the benefits are
• What kind of ailments, conditions, ect. Reiki is good for
• I will also provide a brief history of Reiki
• How it was founded
• Where it orignated from
• & how it has evolved over time

Before the Meditation begins, we will use that time to allow anyone to ask any questions they may have.

Then we will go into the meditation portion. This meditation, called the Ocean of Holy Love, is a meditation that is unique to the Holy Fire Reiki Lineage. This is a partially guided meditation that is great for transmuting energies that no longer serve you. This can cover a wide range of energies that stem from physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual issues. There will also be an opportunity to talk about signing up for a level I Holy Fire Reik class if interested.

As a special gift, I will have a Reiki grid available and attendees will have an opportunity to submit their name if they would like to receive distant Reiki healing via the Reiki grid.

I am so excited to share this knowledge, this space, and this healing energy with you all.

This event will be held over zoom. Please purchase your tickets so you can get the zoom link. Please have your headphones, a journal, a blanket & pillow, yoga mat/chair, or whatever else will make you comfortable

About Selenia:

Selenia is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher who has spent the last decade walking alongside healers, empaths, and those navigating anxiety and trauama. Her work creates space for deep relief, gentle reconnection, and lasting empowerment.

She is deeply passionate about helping others learn Reiki for themselves--guiding students to work with their own energy, drop into their bodies, and clear pain and trauma in a safe and non-invasive way. Reiki is a powerful tool that, once learned, is always available. It becomes a lifelong source of healing and a pathway to deeper connection with yourself and others.
