Join us on the first Saturday of each month for a virtual pelvic floor wellness session hosted by Licensed PT Jodi-Ann Foster. This intentional space is designed to help you build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with your body through guided pelvic floor care.
Together, we prioritize healing, awareness, and empowerment—one breath, one movement at a time.

45 Minute Virtual Group Workout
Join "Pure Wellness for Her" for a 45 minute virtual group workout, geared towards pelvic floor wellness and education. During this 45 minute workout, you will engage in a warm up, full body strength training, and cool down - all with an emphasis on proper pelvic floor muscle coordination. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. Yoga mat recommended. Virtual Class Link will be sent upon registration. **TIMES ARE PACIFIC STANDARD TIME**
