- Must be 18+ to participate. (We respectfully request no children under 18).
- This is an 8-hour workshop.
- To receive a First-time Homebuyer workshop certificate, you must attend and complete the workshop. (If you are unable to stay the 8 hours, we will not be able to give you a certificate)
- When reserving your spot, register all participating parties (if married, you will complete two registrations but only receive one certificate).
