Please join ChampAmerica’s coach Heather Lu-Lasky for "Networking Virtually for Your Career Success,” where you will learn the "who, when, where and how" of virtual networking, build your own networking strategies, and create your own tools to tackle the real- world problems. You will practice virtual networking and virtual career fair, receive real-time feedback, and learn from a small group of like-minded peers to enhance your own skills.

This event will be an 90-minute workshop which will include hands-on practice to help you overcome anxiety and gain the confidence you need to find success.

1. The Full Cycle of Virtual Networking: Who, When, Where and How: identify your own sources of people to network with, and develop a clear networking strategy.
2. What to Say and What to Write: how to craft authentic messages and prepare good questions to facilitate your conversation and follow up; how to create your own branding to entice your audience to network with you
3. How to conduct your virtual networking: research people's background, come up with questions, manage the conversation, and follow up. Receive actionable feedback from the coach and your peers
4. How to stand out in virtual career fairs: format, elevator pitch, how to raise questions, and follow up
