Pause, breathe, and reconnect with hope this holiday season. Mindfulness, reflection, and self-care in a welcoming, pay-what-you-wish class.
- Theme: The holiday season can bring both joy and strain: full schedules, expectations, and emotional weight. In this virtual guided meditation class, we will explore how expanding on glimmers of hope through mindfulness practice can help us stay grounded and openhearted as we navigate the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflection, we will examine how hope can support resilience, ease tension, and help us stay connected to what matters most, even in the midst of difficult interactions or unmet expectations.
As the season fills with expectations and endless to-dos, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves. This class offers a space to slow down and reconnect with hope, and serves as a gentle reminder of what matters most.
- Cost: This group is offered as a pay-what-you-wish model: our recommended donation is $10, although you’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you. We believe that healing and connection should be accessible to everyone, which is why we make every effort to create affordable spaces for our community. This is completely optional and not a requirement for joining these groups.
