Over the last 10 months I've created a product: The Growth Stack.

The product is a card deck that guides leaders through effective conversations with their teams and direct reports (it also has a dedicated section for self-coaching).

I am launching a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for our first production run, to create a Shopify site, to establish a presence on Amazon, and to continue developing the product.

The campaign launches to the public on Friday March 5 but since you're an important person in my life who's been a great supporter of me and my biz, I want to share a bit more background of this project (which truly has been a labor of love for me) as well as how you can get involved in bringing this product, which I truly believe in, to life!
