You can access zoom on either a laptop, tablet or your phone, all you need is a camera and microphone! The group will be facilitated by myself, an experienced peer support worker and group facilitator. Trained in mental health support and advocating for women's health.

No diagnosis is needed to be able to attend. All are welcome!

What can you expect if you join us?

You'll find a safe space to share your experiences, receive support from others who understand, and learn valuable coping strategies such as journaling and meditation to support your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Together, we can break the silence surrounding these conditions, offer each other comfort, and empower one another on our journeys towards better health. Whether you're seeking advice, want to share your story, or simply need a listening ear, this community is here for you. Let's uplift each other and create a network of support that truly makes a difference!

So grab your hot water bottle, wrap up in your blanket and get cosy each week! I can't wait to meet you all!
