Licensees are required to take 2 hours of legal con ed every year. This class has 2 hours of legal credit. Charlie class will follow with 2 hours of legal con ed in November.

Do I need to be on camera with a microphone for the whole class?

YES!!! If you are not on camera or answer when called on, you may be removed from the class and get no credit. Please plan accordingly! Work out your technical issues before class time.

Can I be riding in a car or driving a car while taking the class?

NO! For your safety and to not distract anyone else in class, please find a stationary place to take the class. Please plan accordingly!

Are you offering more con ed via zoom this year?

Yes! Charlie class will be on November 12. Each of these 2 classes will be 2 hours of legal con ed.

Is this con ed free?

Accepted Answer

No. Talk to your CPA about making the course fee a business deduction. The minimal fee charged goes towards your business and covers your requirement for the entire year.
