Been bored during quarantine and wanting to learn how to draw or maybe just hoping to improve your skills? Sad about being indoors during Halloween? Learn how to draw a festive fall/halloween image. Follow along with Russell Story from Industrial Light & Magic (Lucasfilm) as he walks you through basic drawing fundamentals. In this virtual class you will learn how to draw a household object in pen or pencil, no other materials needed. Learn how to realistically render objects using the fundamentals of drawing; perspective, shading, and more. All of this to help you work towards producing a more realistic image. About the Instructor:

Russell Story has a BA in Animation and Illustration from SJSU. He has been a Concept Artist at Industrial Light & Magic for five years and worked on titles such as Black Panther, Star Wars, and Thor. We tried to keep it simple so that more of you can join and enjoy the evening. 8.5x11 paper will be a good size for drawing. Make sure you have a few extra sheets because Russel will go through shapes and some basics beforehand. A pen or pencil/eraser from drawing.
