Do I qualify for the AASHTO Member rates?

State DOTs are automatically members of AASHTO and their employees qualify for the membership rate. The AASHTO Member rate is not available to individuals or private-sector laboratories, including those that are AASHTO-Accredited.

I inadvertently purchased Member tickets, but I'm not an AASHTO Member.

All registrations will be reviewed to verify member status. Non-members' registration will be changed to the correct registration type, and they will be responsible for paying the difference before the event begins.

Is it possible for more than one person from my organization to attend?

Yes. Since the sessions will involve various attendee engagement activities, for the best experience, each employee should register for the event individually. You can purchase multiple tickets at a time.

Do I have to attend all the sessions?

No. You can register for the full conference or for sessions on one day.

Can I be invoiced for the registration cost?

No. Tickets for this event must be purchased through this website using a credit card. We will not be issuing invoices or accepting purchase orders/wire transfers for this event.

What's going on with the in-person TechEx?

Have no fear, the 2026 AASHTO re:source Technical Exchange is currently being planned. It will be held on March 9-12, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. Details can be found on the Events page of the AASHTO re:source website.
