VIP Premium Seating - 2026 Midwinter Convention

Event details

VIP Seating:

• VIP Premium seats are reserved for $1,000+ Annual Donors (President's Council), District Presidents, Society Board, Chapter Presidents, Hall of Fame, AIC, and AISQC Members.
• Seating will be assigned by BHS staff in January 2026.

Competitor/Participant Registration:

• Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at Midwinter must purchase a full convention registration, as per contest rules.
• If any non-compliance with this rule is brought to our attention, the competing group may be subject to disqualification.

ADA Seating:

• Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available. Venue staff will assist on-site.
• All levels of seating are accessible by elevator, with no specific areas to avoid for mobility needs.

Refund Policy:

• All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.
• VIP registrations can only be transferred to others who qualify for VIP seating.
• To transfer your registration to another person, or to make any updates to our registration information, please follow the instructions on your Eventbrite order confirmation.

Venue/Entry Details:

• You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site at the registration area. At registration, you will receive your event badge that will be good for entry to all events.
• No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue.

Bringing the kids?:

• Strollers are permitted in the venue, but unless in ADA seating, you will need to climb stairs to reach your seats.
• There will be no Barbertots room at Midwinter; it is available only at the International convention.

• Thursday: Registration opens 9AM, Keynote, NextGen Jr. Quartet Contest, Evening Show, Afterglow
• Friday: NextGen Jr. and Seniors Chorus Festival, Evening Show, Afterglow
• Saturday: Seniors International Quartet Championship, Evening Show, Afterglow

Day Passes:

• Day Passes are not guaranteed, but the decision to make them available will not be made until approximately 30 days before the event.
• Please note that if they do become available, Day Pass registrations are seated in a separate section from individuals with a full registration.
