Join us at the Red Fox Winery with Nicole Loncaric Salvadori of Root to Rise Yoga in McDonald, PA for a gentle vinyasa yoga class on Sunday October 12th at 11AM. Dress in comfortable, weather appropriate clothes as we will practice outdoors - rain or shine. Please bring your own mat (or a beach towel if you don’t have one). Light snacks, water, and a glass of wine will be provided with the purchase of your ticket. All levels welcome; no prior yoga experience required.
