Is this class suitable for beginners?

This class is designed for students with a consistent practice. Basic familiarity with sun salutations and foundational postures is recommended. Newer students are welcome to observe and modify as needed, but a beginner-friendly class may be a better fit.

What kinds of poses will we explore?

Level 2 sequences may include deeper backbends, arm balances, inversions, binding postures, progressive strength work, and more advanced alignment principles.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat (or rent one from the studio for $5), a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in.

Do I need to be able to do inversions or arm balances?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Mano offers preparatory variations and intelligent pathways so every student can participate safely. Advanced shapes are offered but not required.
