THURSDAY| WELCOME TO NAPA

Guests will arrive at either Oakland International Airport (OAK) or Sacramento International Airport (SMF). From Oakland, expect a scenic 1 hour and 15-minute drive (approximately 55 miles) to the Meritage Resort & Spa. If arriving via Sacramento, the drive takes roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes (about 65 miles), offering beautiful views of Northern California's countryside.

Private transfers or rental car options are recommended for convenience and comfort. Before you book your flight, let me know your plans and I can coordinate shared transportation.

Upon arrival, settle into the elegance of the Meritage Resort, where luxury meets the vine-covered landscape of Napa Valley.

Welcome Dinner – Osha Thai Restaurant Napa | 7:00 PM (Depart hotel at 6:30 pm)
Your first evening kicks off with a flavorful welcome at Osha Thai Restaurant Napa, known for its elevated Thai cuisine, chic ambiance, and a curated wine and cocktail list that perfectly bridges Napa and Bangkok. Cheers to the start of an unforgettable getaway! [1 Dinner cocktail included]

FRIDAY| LEGACY IN THE VINEYARD: A DAY OF EXCELLENCE, CLUTURE, & CONNECTION

Today is a celebration of heritage, sisterhood, and elevated experiences set against Napa’s breathtaking backdrop. Day Outfit Vibe: Statement day dress (think florals, solids, or chic patterns), block heels or wedges, and your favorite crossbody bag.

Morning Brunch – Olive & Hay at Meritage Resort | 10:30 AM
We’ll start the day at Olive & Hay, where California freshness meets rustic Italian soul. Enjoy a flavorful brunch in a relaxed, refined setting to set the tone for the day.

Brown Estate Winery Visit [Tasting included in registration]
Next, we visit the iconic Brown Estate—the first Black-owned estate winery in Napa Valley. Their acclaimed wines and rich legacy make this stop a true highlight.

Downtown Napa Shopping
After strolling the shops downtown, we will head back to the hotel for a break and relaxation.

Dinner & Sunset Vibes – Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar | 7:00 PM
Wrap the day with dinner and dazzling sunset views at Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar. This elevated dining experience pairs creative cocktails with vineyard vistas and just the right amount of Napa night magic.

SATURDAY| A DAY OF LUXURY, STYLE, AND EMPOWERMENT

Morning – Breakfast on Your Own
Start your morning at your own pace—whether that’s breakfast in bed, a quick bite at Blend Café, or a casual start at Olive & Hay. Fuel up for a fabulous day ahead.

10:30 AM – Depart for Napa Wine Train
We’ll leave the resort at 10:30 AM sharp for a truly elegant experience aboard the legendary Napa Valley Wine Train.

11:30 AM –2:30 PM Afternoon Tea x Chandon Collaboration [Ticket included in registration]
All aboard for an unforgettable ride! This special edition of the Wine Train features Afternoon Tea with Chandon—a delightful blend of bubbly, bites, and breathtaking vineyard views. Expect Instagram-worthy tablescapes, luxe ambiance, and that effervescent je ne sais quoi.
Outfit Vibe: Elegant Casual with a Pop of Glam – Think flowy maxi dresses, crisp linens, soft pastels, or vineyard-friendly neutrals. Add a statement hat, sunnies, and low-block heels or chic sandals.

Château Buena Vista [Tasting included in registration]
Keeping the champagne train going, we’re off to Château Buena Vista, where old-world glamor meets modern-day charm. From lavish interiors to sparkling wines, this is the moment for that fabulous photo—and maybe a little bubbly, too.

Other Post-Train Options – Choose Your Adventure (activity costs not included in registration price) After the Wine Train, you can either:

1. Retail therapy at Napa Premium Outlets – for designer finds and souvenir-worthy splurges
2. Return to Meritage Resort – to unwind, sip poolside, or indulge in a little spa time

Evening Dinner – Chispa | 7:30 PM
We’ll gather for our final group dinner at Chispa Napa Valley, a chic Latin-inspired restaurant with bold flavors, vibrant energy, and the perfect setting to toast an amazing trip.
Sunset Chic – Bring the drama with silk, shimmer, or saturated tones. Think “glow up” energy meets rooftop elegance.

SUNDAY| SOFT & SOPHISTICATED SEND-OFF

Morning – Leisurely Start + Resort Time
Sleep in, enjoy a quiet coffee on your balcony with room service, or take one last stroll through the vineyard paths. For those who want one final indulgence, Spa Terra is a perfect place to sneak in a farewell facial or massage.

Late Check-Out – 12:00 PM or Later (TBD with Resort)
We’ve arranged for late check-out to allow everyone time to ease into the day. Feel free to take advantage of the resort’s amenities one last time—whether that's lounging poolside or grabbing a final mimosa from Blend Café.
