    Description

In this workshop, we will explore how our early relationships in life impact our relationships as adults. We will learn about attachment styles and gain insight into our own struggles in relationship as well as our clients. We will also explore how attachment history significantly impacts emotional intelligence and clinical interventions we can use to build EQ and ultimately, healthier relationships. We will get a chance to learn experimentally through observing and practicing the skill of mentalization.
