What should I bring for the vision board session?

Accepted Answer

We will have foam board, glue, magazines, scissors etc.  However, if you have pictures that you'd like to bring specific to you (e.g. family) or cut-outs with you to add to your board, please feel free to do so.  You are also welcome to bring magazines that appeal to you or to share.

What should I expect during the vision board portion?

Accepted Answer

Expect a guided workshop, and group discussion as you create your board.  There will be a brief worksheet sent to you to jot down some thoughts and ideas so that you come to the vision board workshop with a head start on your 2026 goals, milestones and objectives that you would like to achieve.

Question 3

What is a sound journey meditation/sound bath?

Accepted Answer

A sound bath is an opportunity to lay down, or sit in a chair, close your eyes and allow yourself to be grounded in your 2026 intentions.  The sounds of the crystal singing bowls and gong will cause relaxation, reduction in stress and impact you on a cellular level.

What should I bring for the sound journey/sound bath

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable relaxing clothing (e.g. yoga pants/top, athleisure wear).  Consider wearing a neutral color (e.g. black, white, cream) for our Fun Time!
