Vevolution Topics: Health & Wellbeing - Building A Fit Body And Mind
Humans have long desired mastery of the body and mind. We are constantly bombarded with different messages about diets, products and training techniques to help us achieve our health and fitness goals. This event will discuss how we can develop a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that meets our unique individual needs and goals.
Speakers include:
◙ Chase Armitage: Chase is a world-renowned parkour artist, action stuntman and film-maker. His career has taken him all over the world performing and creating films that share his passion for movement.
◙ Rebecca Walker: Rebecca is a running, mumming entrepreneur and the founder of possibly the world’s most delicious breakfast pots BexFast.
◙ Adam Stansbury: Adam is one of London’s leading personal training experts. His career has seen him overcome debilitating illness and appear on the covers of men’s fitness magazines and compete in fitness model competitions. These days Adam is helping people get fit and healthy on a plant-based diet.
◙ Felix Price: Felix is a leading yoga and mindfulness practitioner, who will share his insight on achieving both physical and mental wellbeing.
Food & Drink includes:
◙ Planted - Planted is a new pop-up dining experience run by two friends, Molly and Gabriella. Their mission is to change the ‘bland and boring’ stigma attached to vegan food and inspire others to adopt a healthier lifestyle whilst still treating yourself every once in a while. Plant power!
Planted will have a Polpetta station serving two dishes with Pugliese Plant Based Meatballs & an Antipasti Station serving a Antipasti box inspired by Puglia. All dishes are £7 each.
◙ BexFast - Super healthy and delicious oat-based breakfast pots made with all natural, 100% vegan ingredients
◙ Lemonaid - Organic vegan soft drinks, made from Fairtrade juices. Every bottle sold supports their charity's social projects, with over £1m raised.
◙ Eat Chay - Vietnamese take on vegan food. Eat Chay will be sampling and selling their Thai Iced Tea & Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
◙ La Crèmerie - Plant-based yoghurt alternative
Ⓥ Please note that some of these vendors will be giving out samples but most items you will need to pay for so please bring cash with as there are no cash machines in the venue.

About Vevolution Topics:
Vevolution Topics are a series of educational events showcasing the leading lights in the vegan and conscious living movement.
After the success of Vevolution Festival 2016, we wanted to bring you a more intimate experience with opportunities to connect with like-minded people and learn about important issues.
