The School of Law will recognize those in our community who have served our country in the armed forces at a special Veterans Day Reception. Featured speakers will include:
Aaron J. Dickinson ‘20, a business attorney at Perkins Coie LLP. As an attorney, Aaron represents emerging companies and venture capital funds, as well as buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset purchases. He also represents veterans in pro bono matters ranging from records appeals to special compensation matters. Additionally, Aaron is an adjunct professor of law at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches contract drafting.
Prior to his legal career, Aaron served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer, serving as a platoon leader, executive officer, and staff officer. Aaron received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while deployed to the Republic of Korea, and graduated from U.S. Army Airborne School and Ranger School.
Seattle University invites you, your family, and your colleagues in honoring our veterans at this year’s event.
