Guest Speaker: Ryan McCreadie, Navy Veteran

Ryan McCreadie is a U.S. Navy veteran and investment professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Series 65 license and has worked at some of the most respected firms in the sector, including Wells Fargo, BSI Financial, and Capital One Investing. Throughout his career, Ryan has developed deep expertise across multiple asset classes, having managed equity portfolios and traded complex instruments such as Collateralized Mortgage Obligations. This diverse exposure has given him a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, portfolio construction, and risk management.

After leaving the bank, Ryan transitioned into the defense contracting sector as Director of Operations at Epigen Technology, a firm focused on digital transformation for the federal government. During his tenure, he led the company through a period of accelerated growth, expanding annual revenues from $10 million to $50 million. His leadership at Epigen combined operational excellence with a strategic approach to scaling, technology integration, and mission alignment in a highly regulated space.

In 2023, Ryan returned to the capital markets, channeling his experience at the intersection of finance and technology into founding L’Enfant Capital Partners LP, a quantitative investment firm. The company develops advanced algorithmic strategies across US and Global markets, with a focus on disciplined research, data driven insights, and innovative systems engineering.
