The Benedict XVI Institute is cosponoring with St. Dominic's an Evening of Prayer and Sacred Music, featuring Sir James MacMillan: "A Scottish Composer Reflects On the Search for the Sacred."
Sir James MacMillan is one of the most prominent living classical music composers, and the only one knights by Queen Elizabeth for his art!. He is here at the invitation of the Benedict XVI Institute and speaking at St. Dominic's which has commissioned a Jubilee piece of music from the great composer for its Jubilee.
Join us for Vespers, experience the Holy Mass, and then listen to one of the greatest artists of our time talk about his own search for the sacred and others.
