Volunteer with Utah Foster Care at the Hotel Vernal Haunt!
Each October, Vernal transforms the historic Landmark Inn into the Hotel Vernal Haunt—a terrifyingly fun haunted hotel experience that raises funds for local charities. Utah Foster Care is proud to be one of the benefiting organizations this year, and we need your help to make it happen!
Volunteer Details: From now through September, volunteers are needed every Saturday at 9:00 AM to help build and decorate the haunted hotel. Volunteers can stay as little or as long as they are able. Proceeds from the haunt are divided among local charities based on the total number of volunteer hours contributed. This is hands-on work, so we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting messy. It’s a great way to get involved, support a great cause, and maybe even make a few ghostly friends along the way.

Why It Matters: Proceeds from the haunt are divided among local charities based on the number of volunteer hours contributed. The more hours we log for Utah Foster Care, the more funds we receive to support children and foster families in our community.
