Vera Lloyd Fish Fry 2025

Come join us for a fun-filled day at the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services for our annual Fish Fry event! Bring the whole family. Each ticket is exchangable for one meal. Kids under six eat free. Everything besides the meal and the bake sale is free.

Is there a pickup option for meals?

Yes! Drive right through campus and pickup your meal if you'd rather enjoy it at home.

Where will I park?

We will have staff on site guiding you to a parking spot.

Can I bring my pet even if they don't participate in the costume contest?

Yes , all pets are welcome!

Do I need to pay for each person in attendance, even if they are not planning to eat?

Nope! Each ticket will get you one meal. They are welcome to join us even if they don't plan on eating. Only buy a ticket for each person who requires a meal. Kids under six eat for free. All of the other activities at the event are free (unless you buy something from the bake sale).

Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services has cared for children in need for almost 100 years. Its children home was founded in 1923 with a mission of sharing Christ's healing love with children, youth and families in crisis.

Close to 200 boys and girls from all over Arkansas live at Vera Lloyd's children's home in Monticello each year. These youth have been removed from their homes because of abuse, neglect, abandonment or adjudication and live at Vera Lloyd's children's home for anywhere from a few days, months or years. While Vera Lloyd contracts with the State of Arkansas to provide these important services, those contracts only cover about 58% of the agency costs.

Gifts from our supporters make all the difference in healing children from abuse and helping them create pathways to success. Thank you for your support.
