Do children need a ticket?

Yes, all attendees need a ticket - no children in laps. If attending with small children ushers may ask you step out of the theater if noises or disruptions occur that may impact the performers and the audiences enjoyment.

What time should we arrive?

Doors for each performance open 1 hour before showtime. Guests will not be seated once the curtain goes up and may be asked to wait in the lobby until intermission if arriving after showtime.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable however you may gift your ticket to someone else if you are unable to make it.

How long is the performance?

The Nutcracker performance runs approximately 2 hours with a 20 minute intermission.

Doors open 1 hour before showtime to a lobby filled with special treats and surprises. The Sugar Plum Cookie Party features free Crumbl Cookies for children, and the Nutcracker Boutique offers festive holiday-themed gifts for all ages.
