August 22nd, 12 PM - 5 PM, at the Bounce Innovation Hub (526 S Main St, Akron, OH 44311). Vendor setup 11 AM, breakdown 5 PM.

How many vendors will be at the event?

We are limiting the vendor fair to 31 hand-selected businesses to ensure an exclusive and high-quality experience for attendees and ample exposure for our partners.

What is the application process?

Purchase your desired vendor ticket here. A hold will be placed on your card. You'll then receive an email with a link to our Vendor Application Form. Your card will be charged upon application approval.

What's included in a booth space?

All tiers include a dedicated booth space with two 5-ft tables and two chairs in the main vendor hall.

Can I teach a workshop?

Yes, the Exhibiting Vendor ($200) and Spotlight Tier ($500) include the opportunity to teach a 30-45 minute workshop. Workshop topics will be reviewed for alignment.

How are workshops promoted?

Exhibiting Vendors get a dedicated paid digital ad for their workshop. Spotlight Tier vendors get this plus premier placement in all PR efforts and naming rights.

What is the goodie bag inclusion?

For Spotlight Tier ($500) vendors, your product samples or branded collateral will be included in exclusive take-home wellness bags given to our premium "Recharge Hour" attendees.

What is the refund policy for vendors?

Accepted Answer

Vendor fees are non-refundable after application approval. However we are not heartless and know that situations can happen. If you cancel your participation in writing by July23rd, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 23rd, 2025.

What if the event is cancelled ?

In the event that Fire & Love Wellness LLC cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to all approved vendors.
