Vendor Logistics

Vendor Fees

Priority will be given to vendors who provide payment by December 6. Once payment is received, each vendor is assigned a 6-foot space, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vendor fees are non-refundable.  The event will take place, rain or shine. 

Event Setup


  • Once payment is received, each vendor is assigned a 6-foot space, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Spaces are located indoors (first-floor parlor of the mansion) or outdoors (two party areas).
  • If you have a tent and prefer outdoor space, please request that when you sign up — we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Setup time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM each day
  • Breakdown: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM each day
  • We will provide 6-ft tables and 2 chairs to the first 7 vendors who request them. Please indicate whether you’d like this in your application.

Event Environment

  • Music will be playing both indoors and outdoors to create a festive, holiday atmosphere.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the mansion.
  • Please do not use tape, nails, staples, or any adhesive on walls or wood floors.
  • Decoration restrictions: no confetti, glitter, or rice.
  • Open flames or candles are not allowed, unless enclosed in flame-shielded holders. Heating Sternos are allowed.

Safety & Equipment

  • We will not provide ladders, equipment, or extra supplies for vendor booth set-up or decorating — please bring your own.
  • For outdoor vendors: heaters will NOT be provided. Please plan accordingly.
  • Electric outlets are extremely limited.
  • Tap water will be available to vendors for heating food/beverages.

Sales & Packaging

  • Food must be sold in grab-and-go takeout containers only — no plated service.
  • Please be sure to follow all health, licensing, and permit rules required for your business type. 

Vendor Staffing & Conduct

  • Due to space constraints, we ask that only two adults per vendor booth work at the event.
  • While alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises, vendors may not serve alcohol to minors or any individual who appears intoxicated.
