Accredited by the BBB of Greater Maryland, Vendor Members Group is a collection of juried artisans who create a brand. Operating in Baltimore County, Maryland, local artists and food preparers will exhibit their homemade ware throughout the year at CRAFTS GALORE! Marketplace.

Our events are held inside and outside of Timonium United Methodist Church which is handicap accessible. Rain or shine. We offer tour bus parking on-site. We don't charge an admission fee to shop at CRAFTS GALORE! Events. Instead, we ask shoppers to bring non-perishable goods for the church's food pantry.

Vendor Members Group will contact approved brands to discuss the brand, our membership, the events, and related questions. Members are solely responsible for jurisdictional registration, insurance, and Sales & Use Tax licensing. Space limitations and industry maximums apply. Not all Interested Vendors will be approved for membership - allowing for better market visibility by approved brands.

Important to note: Vendor Members Group operates CRAFTS GALORE! Events. Therefore, please do not call the facility inquiring about participation in our events. We utilize this facility during these events, but the facility is a separate entity and not our answering service.

Vendor Members Group operates on a first-paid basis. Fees are reasonably priced, market-competitive, and determined by the member's contracted events. Fees are collected in advance, are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and annually distributed among monthly advertising, group operations, and event costs.

Vendor Members Group does not provide table(s), chair(s), canopy, canopy/weights, or electricity use. We do offer the following event spaces:

10x8 Inside space. (Limited inside availability. First paid basis).
10x10 Outside asphalt space. Canopy/weights suggested on each leg
18x18 Outside grass space. Canopy/weights suggested on each leg

Vendor Members Group is extremely grateful for the ongoing support received from TIMONIUM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, as well as the supportive communities of Baltimore County, Maryland.

Vendor Members Group exclusively operates CRAFTS GALORE! Events. We ask that you refrain from directly contacting the facility regarding our events. The facility staff at our selected event location maintains their own operations, and are not our answering service.

Frequently asked questions

Is the event location handicap accessible?

Yes. Handicap parking for registered vehicles of guests with disabilities is designated.

Are the events dog friendly?

All pets should have a good place to call home. We actively promote pet adoptions during our events. During our public events, pet owners assume 100% responsibility on-premise for pet behaviors, cleaning up after them, keeping them leashed, within their control. and on good behavior.

What is meant by "juried"?

Most events send out applications to interested vendors when requested. When vendors are juried, they are hand selected from a vendor pool of submissions. Criteria affecting the decision may include industry standards, market saturation, available space, quality, event type, etc

Is there enough parking for a Maryland Tour bus?

Yes. There is sufficient parking for for several tour busses.

Is there an ATM on site?

No.

Are children under 10 allowed?

Yes. Although, because our events feature items that could potentially harm a child (glass, pottery, wooden decor, heavy displays, etc) children under 10 must be accompanied by their guardian at all times.

Is there an event admission fee?

No. We ask that you bring a non-perishable good as a donation to the church's food pantry. OR spend, spend, spend on our homemade goods during our events :)
