Can I bring my kid(s)?

Vampires Welcome was designed with parents in mind. Children are welcome to attend with parental guidance. We cannot make any guarantees about the maturity of the content, but we can ensure we will talk not be able to shut up about the fact that there are kids in the audience in our sets.

All I see here is a church? Where are you?

Accepted Answer

We are located at 2715 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612.  - in East Garfield Park. The space was formerly a church - we haven't painted it yet. But that's where we are. Don't be a chicken. Knock on the door if it's locked.

Question 3

How late do you go?

Accepted Answer

We try to end the show by 2:30pm. Sometimes it's earlier if we have no-shows. Best practice would be to show up no later than 1 pm to ensure we don't end the show without your set.

Question 4

Do you cancel shows at the last minute?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, because your host works freelance, there's a chance I have to cancel the show. We're working to minimize the inconvenience by having guest hosts when possible. The fastest way people will be notified of a cancellation is on the IG @vampiresopenmic. Check it before you go out the door.
