Values Based Reflective Practice

June Gordon from NHS Grampian will host this session which will visit the Values Based Reflective Practice (VBRP®) model. VBRP® offers the worker a safe space to look at what is going on for them and to think in different ways about their working life. There will be an introduction to the model, its benefits for both the team and the individual and the opportunity for some reflective practice in real time.
