Valentine's Dinner + Dancing @ Cooper's

Cooper's Hall presents: Valentine's Romance; Dinner + Dancing.

Dance Class to begin upstairs at 5:30

Jennifer Reed, Owner of Moxie Dance Academy will lead us in learning the Bachata (yes, you read that right, Patrick Swayze watch out, we are Dirty Dancing). Dress comfortable but stylish.

Dinner to begin downstairs at 6:30

Zack Salapack, owner of El Albatross has prepared an incredible menu for us: take your choice of a traditionally prepared prime rib with horseradish crème fraîche, and red wine bordelaise OR A Gruyere and spinach stuffed chicken breast. For the sides we have asparagus and truffled mushroom potato gratin.

Wine offerings will be available for purchase and profressionally paired by Keri Sullivan, owner of The Barrel Room.
