Please join us for a Romantic Night at the Museum Four-Course Dinner Event. We are offering two nights in February 2025, each one highlighting a different non-profit from 6pm – 9pm.

Thursday, Feb. 13 – Make-A-Wish
Friday, Feb. 14 – Coeur d'Alene Symphony

4 EASY STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR SPECIFIC SEATS:

1) Click on the TICKETS button above;

2) Choose which Table # you want to sit at (see Map below) and the # of Seats

(Specific seats will be assigned in chronological order in pairs, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, beginning with A-B, then C-D, E-F, and G-H.)

3) Complete contact information, Names of Attendees (very important, as each seat will have its own name card), and pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

4) Show up at the event between 5:45-6pm and we will check you in by your individual names via iPad.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Must be 21 or older to attend.

Is there a waiting list?

A waiting list will be maintained for couples who:

a) want tickets to a sold out Dinner Event dependent on cancellations, and

b) if unable to obtain tickets, they want to be notified when our next Romantic Night at the Museum will occur.

For each cancellation, we will contact the first couple on the waiting list via phone and email giving them 15 minutes to respond. If there is no response within that 15 minutes, we will repeat this process until the cancelled tickets have been sold.

What's the refund policy?

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Ticket holders to a Romantic Night Dinner Concert may cancel their tickets with a 100% refund if they send an email to tickets@nightatmuseum.org no later than 10 a.m. PT, two days before the concert.

(For example, if you have tickets for the 6 pm, Tuesday, February 14 dinner concert, you must have sent the email no later than 10 a.m. PT on February 12.) All tickets are non-refundable after 10 a.m. PT, 2 days before the dinner concert.
