Valentine's Day Old Fashioned Class

Let's run it back! For the first time in a year, we're hosting a cocktail-making class, and this time it's on Valentine's Day, a perfect opportunity to spend time with a loved one, friends or family 😊❤️

Learn about the history of Old Fashioneds, sample several different versions, and even try your hand at making your very own!

A lovely spread of appetizers and finger foods from Cinder Inn *and* gratuity will be included in the ticket price! Everything is included for $55, so you can relax, learn and enjoy!

The Old Fashioned is a classic cocktail with roots in 19th century America. It's been through several transformations over the years, but in the last two decades, a more historically accurate presentation has been revived. The cocktail is very simple, consisting of only 3 ingredients: whiskey, sweetener, and bitters (a concentrated aromatic elixir that enhances flavor, it doesn't make the drink bitter). Our talented bar staff will discuss the history and method of the cocktail, and coach you on how to concoct one that matches your preferences!
