Do I need to arrive on time?

Yes! Please plan to arrive on time (or even a little early). The Matchmaking Algorithm depends on everyone being checked in before the event begins. If you arrive late, we may not be able to guarantee that you’ll be fully matched.

Do I have to fill out anything before the event?

Yes. You’ll complete a short Match.Box questionnaire when you check in. This helps us pair you with the most compatible singles throughout the night.

What happens if I’m late?

If you arrive after the event has already started, you may miss part of the rotations and may not be included in the full matching system. To get the best experience, please arrive on time.

How will I know who my matches are?

At the end of the event, your results are processed through the Match.Box website. You’ll receive a text with who you matched with based on mutual interest.
