Vail Health - 1 Day Childbirth Class in Vail on 7/19/2025 from 9am -3pm

This comprehensive, 1 DAY class helps couples prepare for the birth process and parenthood. Class topics include: pregnancy nutrition, exercises, anatomy, stages of labor, relaxation and comfort techniques, assisted deliveries, medication options, postpartum care & newborn care, breastfeeding, and a tour of the Family Birth Center. Please register by the beginning of your third trimester if your schedule permits. Our classes are limited in size and do fill up. If you come across scheduling conflict, please email childbirth@vailhealth.org and we'll help you with scheduling.
