Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that attunes the energy flow within the body and promotes healing. With gentle touch or by placing the hands slightly above the body, Reiki works with spiritually guided life force energy to treat the body, mind, and soul.

Level 1 is an introduction to the general principles and history of Reiki. Students learn hand placement and receive attunements focused on opening the energy channels on a physical level. This part of the course assists the integration of the energy and enables the ability for self-healing and the healing of others.

Level 2 students are given the first 3 symbols of Reiki and taught how to activate and use them. The Reiki II attunement strengthens the practitioner's connection to Reiki energy and empowers the symbols, allowing for Reiki Distance Healing by establishing a connection with the recipient across space and time.

This workshop offers a supportive, small group environment to help you connect with Reiki and bring healing into your daily life.
