Can I participate virtually?

ShipShape is designed for in-person engagement. However, we do recognize that there are times when virtual participation may be necessary. As such, please let us know if you are limited to virtual only participation.

How long is the program?

Program sessions are completed within 30-60 min each week. Participants must complete all sessions within six months. As designed participants will complete 6 weeks of instruction, followed by 4.5 months of maintenance follow-up.

Who teaches each class?

The classes are taught by DHA trained ShipShape facilitators who are familiar with the program.
