The class will look at the immune system and how the ten core doTERRA essential oils can help and be used. The class will cover -

*reducing toxins

* diet & supplementation

* gut health

* movement & fresh air

This Class is £10 (or Free to those within my community) and is for -

- anyone who has purchased a doTERRA Family Essentials or Home Essentials Kit with the Ten Core Oils from somewhere but are lacking in knowledge and confidence in how to use the oils and would like more natural health and oil education and support so you can tap into the immense health benefits of these remarkable oils

- anyone who does not yet have doTERRA oils and would like to learn more about immune health and essential oils (you will receive a selection of sample oils to experience within the class)

- anyone already using doTERRA oils within the Journey In Essence Community who would like to deepen their knowledge (FREE for those within my community - please message me separately)
