If you've ever made content governance, guidelines, and systems, you also know that they eventually stop working... or at least they stop working as well as they did at first. Rather than turning to enforcement or scrapping it entirely, you can come out the other side with even more effective systems by centering the people involved. We'll dig into details of how to audit your content systems through a narrative lens. By walking through real life examples, templates, spreadsheets, and mural boards, you'll have what you need to get started on your own audit. With this tool in hand, your content ops can adapt alongside the changes to projects and teams — and your systems and guidelines won't die a slow death in the annals of Sharepoint.
