Using Evernote With Gmail

Ray Sidney-Smith is an Evernote Certified Consultant, Evernote Regional Leader--North America, and host of the podcast, Getting More Done With Evernote. Ray also happens to be the Google Small Business Advisor for Productivity, helping Small Business owners integration Google's over 500 products and services to help them market and manage their companies.

Gmail started in 2004 as a free email service, providing a whopping one gigabyte of storage! (This was a staggering amount of storage at the time compared with other services.) Today, Gmail provides both personal, professional and enterprise levels of email service (starting with 15 GB of starting on the free, personal accounts) to more than one billion users worldwide.

Evernote has had a Gmail integration for quite a few years through the Evernote Web Clipper, but recently they created a tighter integration with Gmail through Google's add-on platform. Now, you are able to save emails from desktop and mobile into your notebook of choice along with tag and conversation thread selection, and adding remarks.
