USING AI IN OD - Practical Use Cases for Consultants and Coaches

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how consultants and OD practitioners design, learn, and partner with clients. This 75-minute session introduces practical ways to apply AI to real consulting scenarios through generative and ambient use cases. Participants will see how AI can help with tasks such as identifying themes, preparing for client conversations, creating workshop materials, and expanding their creative thinking while keeping OD principles at the center.

We're also aware of the concerns about AI, such as the potential for taking away jobs, environmental impact of the data centers and the overutilization of resources - so we’ll set aside time for a brief exploration and discussion of these concerns.
