Participants will learn why using positive approach to address challenging behaviors is impactful to toddlers and understand what a positive approach can look like. Additionally, childcare providers will take away strategies they can use in their own classroom.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of this session, learners will summarize why using a positive approach to address challenging behaviors is impactful to toddlers.
2 . By the end of this session, learners will identify what a positive approach to challenging behaviors in the classroom will look like.
3 . By the end of this session, learners will compile a list of strategies of how they plan to address challenging behaviors in their classroom using a positive approach.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
