Overview
What Makes This Special?
This isn't just another fitness workshop. This is an opportunity for your community to experience one of the most powerful movement systems in the world—Foundation Training—taught by a master teacher, while simultaneously creating real impact in Jamaica through charitable support all with the amazing vibes of a live DJ!
About Foundation Training
Foundation Training has been called "the universal accessory to an active lifestyle" by athletes and health practitioners worldwide. This evidence-based movement system:
- Eliminates chronic pain by addressing root causes, not symptoms
- Dramatically improves posture and spinal alignment
- Builds functional strength and resilience for everyday activities
- Enhances breathing capacity and body awareness
- Prevents injuries by teaching proper movement patterns
The technique has transformed lives from Hollywood to professional sports:
- Chris Hemsworth built an injury-resilient body and credits it for his ability to train intensely for Thor
- Matthew McConaughey eliminated lifelong lower back pain: "I feel strong and flexible, and my posture is better than it has ever been"
- Kelly Slater (legendary surfer), Lakey Peterson (World Surf Champion), and Derek Fisher (5-time NBA champion) all rely on Foundation Training for peak performance
- The USA Olympic Water Polo Team used it to win silver at the 2008 Beijing Olympics
But Foundation Training isn't just for elite athletes—it's for anyone who sits at a desk, lifts heavy objects, plays with their kids, or simply wants to move through life without pain.
