Frequently asked questions

Will lunch be served?

Yes, sandwiches will be ordered from a local shop and included with the workshop. Those with dietary concerns must reach out prior to the event (gluten/vegetarian/etc) with requests.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

This workshop will take place outside at Rose Creek Farm. This urban farm does have shade structures, but there will be times when the group is at various locations on the farm that is not covered, so hats and other appropriate attire is necessary for the weather.

What types of hands on activities are available?

Rose Creek has citrus trees, garden beds, greenhouses, worm beds, and poultry. Participants will have the opportunity to tour the entirety of the farm and to ask questions they find most pertinent to their interest area.
