Urban Line Dancing with Wilbert McZeal

Join us at the Edendale Library Saturday, November 8th at 12:00 to learn urban line dancing with Wilbert McZeal, the Smooth Elder Dancer!  All levels welcome.

Nowadays, urban line dancing is more than just the electric slide or cupid shuffle. Soul or urban line dances such as the wobble, cupid shuffle, cha cha slide, zydeco slide, biker's shuffle, or booty call are similar to country line dances except they use soul, funk, R&B, gospel, hip-hop, or contemporary pop music. 

This is an interactive program that promotes exercise and group involvement, and encourages research into the history and culture of line dancing. Have fun, meet new people, and get some exercise!

The Edendale library address is 2011 Sunset Blvd., enter from the Alvarado St. side through the library parking lot.  Hope to see you there!
