Urban Intimacy (CHI) - Introduction to Tantra

Urban Intimacy is a 3-hour, experiential and immersive workshop designed to help you return to that depth through the integration of Contemporary Tantric wisdom and Somatic embodiment practices.

In this 3 hr. workshop we will cover:

• Opening Circle
• Introduction to Tantra, Introduction to Somatic, Understanding Sacred Life Force Energy
• Guided Practices: Tantric Breath Work, Eye Gazing, Elemental Touch
• Somatic Pilgrimage – a journey of letting go, meeting and greeting the Unknown
• Somatic Awareness - tuning into the body’s sensations, rhythms, and subtle cues with mindful awareness.
• Somatic Attunement - tuning into other people's bodies, sensations and energies
• Wheel of Consent – (Give/Receive, Take/Allow)
• Sacred Puja - Connection without attachment; Experiencing the Divinity in All Humans
• Sensory Play - awaken the senses of Touch, Taste, Sound, Smell and Sight
• Closing Circle
