Fresh Fest will take place Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 12 PM – 5 PM at Grandscape, The Colony, TX.

Fresh Fest is free and open to the public. Some vendor booths and food vendors may have items for sale but also tons of free things too!

? Where can I park?

Free parking is available at Grandscape’s parking garages and surface lots. We encourage arriving early to get the best spots.

Absolutely! Fresh Fest features kids’ zones, bounce houses, games, live entertainment, and special guests like Gabby’s Dollhouse from Universal Pictures.

? Can I bring my pet?

Leashed pets are welcome in outdoor areas. Please ensure they are friendly and cleaned up after.

? Will there be food?

Yes! Local food vendors and trucks will be serving delicious options for all tastes, including kid-friendly favorites.

? What entertainment will there be?

Live music, interactive games, contests, stage presentations, and special meet-and-greets.

? Are there giveaways?

Yes! Many booths will have free samples, contests, raffles, and prize giveaways throughout the day.

? How do I become a vendor?

? How big is a vendor space?

Each vendor space is 10x10 feet and includes a tent, one table, two chairs, and a waste bin. Additional furniture or décor is welcome.

? Is electricity provided?

Limited electrical access is available for an additional fee. Please request it when applying.

⏰ What time is setup and teardown?

Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM. All booths must be ready by 11:30 AM. Teardown begins after 5:00 PM.

? Will my business be promoted?

Yes! Vendors will be listed on the Fresh Fest website and promoted via social media. Sponsorship levels include additional marketing exposure.

? Are there restrictions on what I can sell or promote?

All items must be family-friendly and comply with Grandscape’s vendor guidelines. No alcohol sales without prior approval.
